Jeremy Pratt was born in Oak Bluffs, Massachusettes in 1978. He majored in Philosophy and Classics at St. John's College before going on to receive his law degree from Vermont Law School. Jeremy Pratt is admitted to the bar of the State of Maine, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
